SHIPPING

  • What are the shipping options?
    MyKartero handles all international orders. 
  • What international taxes, duties, etc., must I pay?
    If you are ordering a package overseas, it could be subject to customs charges. The customs team in your country sets the rates and collects them based on the value of the goods you're getting. The recipient must coordinate with the local post office or customs to settle unpaid taxes so the package will arrive on schedule.
  • When will I receive my order?
    These are the estimated delivery dates below. Please note that the counting begins when you receive an email confirming dispatch with a tracking link to our courier's website.
     

    North America (US, Canada, Mexico) - 12-15 working days

    South America - 15-20 working days

    Australia & New Zealand - 7-10 working days

    Europe - 12-15 working days

    Asia-Pacific - 5-7 working days

    Some orders may experience extended delivery timelines due to COVID-19. We encourage customers to check MyKartero https://tracking.directlink.com or their local post website to track their orders. Thank you for bearing with us!

  • What if my location/country is NOT serviceable by MyKartero?
    There are two ways you can consider. You may have your order shipped to a family member or a friend at a serviceable address who can receive it and then post the items to you or tap a freight forwarder to arrange the delivery. The recipient will pay any additional shipping fees and duties from this arrangement.
  • What do I do if I never receive my order?
    Due to ongoing logistic disruptions caused by COVID-19, some orders might take longer to arrive. If you think your order is lost in the mail, contact us at inboxdondon@gmail.com so we can try tracking it.

  • Would you happen to know if your stickers are waterproofed?
    Yes, they are. 
  • How do I apply your stickers, so they last as long as possible?
    Wipe off and dry the area where you want to put your sticker, preferably on a smooth, non-textured, and flat surface. Ideally, surface area should be at room temperature before applying.
  • What do I do if I receive a defective product?
    All items underwent stringent quality control and were packed securely to withstand moderate pressure and shocks while in transit. If your order is damaged in any way, please reach out at inboxdondon@gmail.com so we can look into it.

  • How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?
    All orders are considered final upon checkout. 
  • Where are you located?
    We are shipping from the Philippines. 
  • What is your return policy?
    Due to the high production and shipping costs, all items are marked as "final sale" (non-returnable or non-exchangeable) once delivered to the buyer.
